When engaging in the battlefield of life, whether in the classroom, presenting at an academic conference, defending a client at a civil rights hearing, or on the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mat, Dre always stands tall with a courageous heart, calm body, and determined heart. Let them share time tested strategies that you can use to ensure your own successes.
As a Real Life Isleta Pueblo Superhero, queer, two-spirited, Indigenous warrior, diagnosed with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, OCPD, and adult ADHD, they role model what is possible professionally and personally and specialize in working with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA, survivors of trauma, and those with marginalized identities.
Dre has a lifetime of experiences, strategies, support systems, and skills to draw upon to help support their clients and facilitate their continued success. In 2015, at 35 years old, they were 290 lbs and dying from diabetes, now at 43 years young, they train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2023, for Gracie Barra International, Dre ranked 22 out of 103 for women over 30 as a Blue Belt, Superheavy Weight and took silver at Nationals in Phoenix in November.
Our Mission
My mission is to help my clients define and achieve success with their life goals by providing support, space, and individualized strategies tailored to their needs.
All coaching session incorporate a holistic approach including balancing our minds, bodies, and spirit.
Session Description
Each session will include: 1) Jumpstart Activity-5, 10, 15. or 20 minutes of physical activity meant to train the body with the capabilities of the client in mind, 2) a spiritual check in-for the heart , 3) a mental check-unload the worries of the day, 4) progress report and goal setting, and finally concludes with 4) introducing a new tool/strategy of the week.
Sessions range from 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours. Coaching services are offered online, in-person (in office), or in-person (client’s home or office).
Please note: Online appointments are only suggested for clients that live outside of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, and Santa Fe area or for clients that have a regular in-person appointment and would like a online check in between regular sessions.

Public Speaking Engagements

Dre Abeita, Real Life Isleta Pueblo Superhero is expert in a variety of fields and is available for public speaking engagements and workshops. They have presented over 65 times based on their work as a researcher, academic, civil rights advocate and #Influencer activist.
Rates depend on the format, length of presentation, travel, and location. Local honorariums start at $250 to up to $10,000.00 for a five day workshop. Please inquire about community rates.

Fine Print
Each life coaching or private lesson client and their families (if applicable) will be required to sign a liability waiver form before engaging in services.
*No shows for appointments without 48 hours notice shall be charged a $15 cancelation fee.
Refunds for cancellations, services, or any other charges will only be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Abeita Consulting Group, LLC.
*10% of all proceeds will be donated to our siblings organization, the Abeita-Sherer Community Foundation to help support the educational outreach and trauma centered healing advocacy work of Coyote’s Family.
*Credit Card Fee-There will be a 2.7% fee for any credit card purchases. Zelle, Paypal, or check, or other cash app preferred.
*State Tax-A rate of 6% will be added to any transactions.
